Department of Hospitality Management


The department of hospitality management was established to serve the man power need of the hospitality industry. The programme is designed to produce

  • Diplomats capable of supervising appropriate department in hospitality organization.
  • To produce Nigerian and international dishes using both local exotic food commodities
  • To organize accommodation in hospitality establishments.
  • To be able to supervise specific department in large hospitality organizations.
  • To produce diplomat that will be self-reliance.
  • To supervise and manage restaurants and Bar operations in hospitality organization.
  • To manage small and medium sized hospitality organization.
